Are there any fees to use Pegs?

The Pegs platform is free for everyone to use and be part of. Our QuickPay feature incurs a 2.20% transaction processing fee. There is also a $2.50 withdrawal fee if you have not completed a transaction but wish to withdraw funds. To learn more about our fees, please review our Terms..

Is Pegs safe and secure to use?

Yes, Pegs is safe, secure, and closed to use. To access your account, you must enter a Password or biometric authentication (faceID or equivalent). Read more about our efforts to keep your money and data safe here.

How does Pegs make money?

Pegs makes money by charging a 1.50% transaction fee to the businesses on our platform. We also make a small processing fee when Quick Pay is used. To find out more about our fees, please review our Terms and Conditions.

How do I join?

Download our app today to join your local Pegs community. If you're unable to join because Pegs is not currently in your local community, gather your friends and speak to your favourite businesses to jump on. You can request that we launch in your community Contact Us.

Can I use Pegs both online and in-store?

Pegs can be used onsite at the businesses you see within your app. You can’t currently use Pegs to make online purchases externally however, you can visit the online stores tab in the app and shop locally from the displayed online local businesses.
